Submission Guidelines – Animate Access – Competition

Submission Guidelines:

  • Resources: Ensure you have fully reviewed the EMA website, HGSS document, and Enable Make Access YouTube channel.
  • Format: *MP4
  • Categories 1-3: Animations can be created in any style (2D, 3D, stop-motion, etc.). Size of the animation has to be not more than 100MB
  • Category 4: Illustrations can be done in any style (digital, traditional, etc.) or animated in a short format. 
  • Clarity and Appeal: Ensure all submissions are clear, concise, and visually appealing.
  • Originality: All submissions must be original and entirely free of copyright infringement. This means you cannot use any copyrighted music, sound effects, or visual elements without explicit permission from the copyright holder.
  • By submitting your animation/illustration, you acknowledge that Enable Me Access (EMA) is free to use the same on various platforms, with giving credits to the creator.
  • Description: Include a brief description of your submission for each category.
  • Submission: Submit entries through.

Deadline: 21st April 2024.

Judging Criteria:

  • Creativity and originality of the animation/illustration.
  • Effectiveness in conveying the importance of accessibility (except for Category 4).
  • Accurate portrayal of the chosen character (Category 4).
  • Technical skills and animation/illustration quality.
  • Emotional impact (for Category 3).
  • Adherence to accessibility principles outlined in the EMA and HGSS resources.
